Jewellery Remodelling
BOOK A CONSULTATION
Join a free introductory virtual consultation to present your current jewel(s) and share any ideas you might have. Having a budget in mind to carry out the remodelling can help tailor the service the best way we can.
REQUEST A COLLECTION
In order to provide you with an approximate quote we'll need to see your jewel(s) in person before disassembly. You'll be asked to fill in a waiver form to include in our free insured collection pack to be sent back to us.
RECEIVE QUOTE
At this stage you'll receive an indicative price for your remodelling designs. If you decide to go ahead with the disassembly you'll be charged per stone or components. The individual stone charge depends on the stone fragility and size as well as the way the stone has been set.
ACCEPT FINAL DESIGN
After assessment and within a couple of weeks you can expect to receive a final quote for the project. This quote will include the full manufacturing cost as well as the cost of any additional metal and stones as required. If you decide to go ahead we'll deduct the price of the scrap metal (if you want to "recycle" it) as well as the disassembly charge(s), and you'll be asked to settle a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid upon shipping.
SHIPMENT
The remodelled jewel(s) will be shipped to you free of charge within 6-12 weeks. If you decide not to go ahead with the project, you'll simply be charged for the shipment and, in case you accepted the dismantling, for the service.

SKETCH GIFTING
Sherin will create a sketch, or a set of sketches that you can present as a gift to the recipient before you commit to the design. This can be framed or gift wrapped, ready for you to give as a present.

GEM GIFTING
We are able to source one or more gemstones for you to present as the initial element of a custom piece. We'll prepare it for gifting and, if desired, can also supply a sketch proposing a design to accompany it.

GIFTCARD
If you are not sure the recipient will like your design or gem, gift cards are a great way to tell them you thought of creating a bespoke piece for and with them.
