Shipping policy
At Hafeez Jewellery Ltd (“Hafeez”, “we”, “us”), we aim to provide fast, reliable, and fully insured shipping for all orders. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number via the courier’s website or by contacting our Customer Service team.
Shipping Costs
All our shipping options are complimentary, including worldwide delivery.
International Orders:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
- If a package is refused or duties are unpaid, the parcel will be returned to Hafeez Jewellery Ltd, and we reserve the right to refund 50% of the order value, minus any service charges incurred by the return.
We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order, particularly in countries with strict rules on precious metals and fine jewellery.
Shipping Destinations
We offer free worldwide delivery, excluding locations where import restrictions or regulations on fine jewellery apply.
Important Notice for Certain Countries:
- Customers in Brazil, France, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Switzerland, and Turkey should consult their local customs office before placing an order.
- Some countries may require the use of a third-party customs broker to release the parcel. Hafeez cannot act as a customs broker, and we are not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues.
For guidance, consult your country’s customs website or the courier’s website (FedEx, DHL, etc.).
Shipping Insurance
All orders are fully insured until delivered.
- Hafeez Jewellery Ltd and the courier are responsible for parcels until delivery.
- If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We may open an investigation with the courier to resolve the issue.
Delivery Options
We offer the following shipping methods:

Processing:
- Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If you require a specific delivery date, please contact Customer Service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Addresses
- Parcels must be signed for upon delivery.
- Please provide an address where you or a recipient will be present at the time of delivery (home, work, or vacation property).
- Delivery to hotels or hospitals is not permitted.
- If a business address is provided, the courier will deliver to the designated business location, not to individual employees.
For any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
Packaging and Gift Options
- All jewellery is delivered in a discreet e-commerce box with a branded teal jewellery box per item, certificate, and shopping bag.
- Optional gift notes can be included; you may write your message at checkout or request Customer Service to add it.
- While we do not offer full gift wrapping, each order is beautifully presented with our signature ribbon, tissue, and shredded paper for a premium gifting experience.
Important Notes
- Orders from outside the UK may be subject to customs delays. Hafeez is not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by local authorities.
- Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible to avoid delivery failures.
- Hafeez cannot provide refunds for international customs duties or taxes.
